Returns & Refunds

Our Return and Exchange Policy adheres to the laws and regulations applicable in the State of Kuwait, and aims to guarantee consumer rights in accordance with the provisions of the Kuwaiti Ministry of Commerce and Industry.

1. General Return and Exchange Conditions

We allow the return or exchange of goods within a specified period, subject to the following conditions:

  • Allowed Period: The return or exchange request must be submitted within 14 days from the date of receiving the order. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

  • Product Condition: The product must be unused and in its exact original condition upon receipt.

  • Attachments: The product must be accompanied by its original packaging, all accessories, and the purchase receipt or proof of payment (Invoice).

2. Covered Return and Exchange Cases

The customer has the right to request a return or exchange during the allowed 14-day period, and the reasons for return are not limited to manufacturing defects only. Covered cases include the following:

2.1 Return Due to Change of Mind or Size

The customer has the right to request a return or exchange for any reason, such as change of mind, size, or color, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition upon receipt.

  • It must be accompanied by all its accessories, original packaging, and the invoice.

2.2 Return Due to Defects and Damages (Company Responsibility)

We are committed to replacing or refunding products in the following cases:

  • Presence of a manufacturing defect or damage in the product due to reasons beyond the company's control.

  • The product does not conform to the specifications or the purpose for which it was purchased.

Company Obligations Upon Approval:

If the return or exchange is approved:

  1. A full refund of the due amount will be processed.

  2. Or, the product will be exchanged for another one, with a settlement of the price difference, if any.

Note: The company is not responsible for any other obligations after the expiration of the allowed period for return or exchange, which is 14 days from the date of receiving the order.

3. How to Submit a Return or Exchange Request

The process for submitting a request is easy and can be done through the following steps:

A. Via the Website:

  • Go to the "Returns & Exchange" section in the main menu of the site.

  • Select the order you wish to return and click "Return Product."

  • Choose the products to be returned or exchanged and specify the reason for return for each one.

4. Refund Processing

The refund process is handled according to the following procedures:

  • Inspection and Receipt: Once the returned product is received and inspected to ensure it meets the conditions.

  • Approval Notification: A notification will be sent via email confirming receipt of the product and informing you of the approval or rejection of the refund request.

  • Refund: If approved, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method through MyFatoorah or another suitable payment method.

  • In Case of Rejection: If the product does not meet the return conditions, the product will be returned to the customer without applying additional delivery fees.

Delay in Receiving the Refund (If Any)

If you have not received the refunded amount yet, please follow these steps:

  • Check your bank account again.

  • Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund appears in your account.

  • Contact your bank, as there may be a processing delay.

If you have completed all the steps above and still have not received the amount, please contact us for assistance via the WhatsApp gateway or email mentioned above.

5. General Provisions

Policy Modification: The Company reserves the right to amend or change the Return and Exchange Policy at any time without prior notice, in compliance with the laws of the Kuwaiti Ministry of Commerce and Industry.
