Return and Exchange Policy
Our return and exchange policy adheres to the laws and regulations in Kuwait.

Returns and Exchanges: Customers can return or exchange items within 14 days of receiving their order, provided that the items are unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by the invoice and all original packaging.

Policy Changes: The company reserves the right to modify or change the return and exchange policy at any time without prior notice, in accordance with the laws of the Kuwaiti Ministry of Commerce and Industry.

Defective Products: If there is a manufacturing defect or damage due to factors beyond the company's control, customers can return the product within 14 days of receiving it. A full refund or an exchange with any price difference settled will be processed. The company is not responsible for any obligations after the 14-day return/exchange period.

Return Eligibility: To qualify for a return, the product must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Be in the original packaging.
- Include the purchase receipt or proof of payment.

- Select the order to return and click on 'Return Product.'
- Choose the items to return or exchange and specify the reason.

Refund Process:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will send an email notification confirming its receipt.
- You will be informed of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
- If approved, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method through My Fatoorah.
- If the return conditions for the product being returned are not met, the product will be sent back to the customer without any additional shipping charges.

Delay in Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to appear in your account.
- Reach out to your bank, as there could be a delay in processing the refund.
